The characteristics of new energy inductor coils include a high-voltage coil and an outer reinforced insulation layer connected to the inner side. The hollow inductor coil is equipped with a support strip on the inner side of the outer reinforced insulation layer, and the other end of the support strip is connected to the inner reinforced insulation layer. A low-voltage coil is installed on the inner side of the inner reinforced insulation layer, and a cooling ring tube is installed on the outer side of the low-voltage coil. The upper part of the cooling ring tube is connected to the return pipe, and the lower part of the cooling ring tube is connected to the outlet pipe.
Hollow core inductor coils are mainly used in vehicle charging, door recognition systems, safety systems, adaptive cruise control systems, collision warning systems, as well as communication systems and electronic navigation.
