Wireless charging coil
The wireless charging coil is mainly a type of coil designed for wireless charging products. In recent years, with the booming wireless charging market, it has driven the rapid development of the wireless charging coil industry. Wireless charging technology has been applied not only in consumer electronics such as mobile phones, but also in fields such as smart wearables, smart homes, and automobiles.
The method for manufacturing a wireless charging coil includes:
Step 1: Prepare the film and copper foil, pre open holes on the film and apply copper foil on the upper and lower surfaces of the film, or first apply a layer of copper foil on one side of the film, open holes on the film, apply another layer of copper foil on the other side of the film, and cut the film and copper foil into sheets;
Step 2: Treat the copper foil with chemical methods to remove dirt and roughen the surface;
Step 3: Apply dry film and film on the outer surface of the copper foil, or screen print wet film with the designed circuit on the film or screen print wet film;
Step 4: Expose the dry film and the film or silk screen wet film. The circuit part on the film or silk screen wet film undergoes polymerization reaction after exposure, becoming an etching resist film;
Step 5: Use sodium carbonate or potassium carbonate solution to corrode the dry film and film or silk screen wet film in the unreacted area, exposing the copper foil that needs to be etched away;
Step 6: Use chemical reagents to corrode the exposed copper foil, and the remaining area covered by the polymerization inhibitor film forms the required coil;
Step 7: Clean the residual inhibitor film reactants on the coil with strong alkali;
Step 8: Press and weld the coils located on both sides of the through-hole together.
Wireless charger coils are widely used in the wireless charging equipment industry, such as car wireless charging, mobile phone wireless charging, watch wireless charging, car navigation wireless charging, headphone wireless charging, desk lamp wireless charging, toy wireless charging, etc.
