High power induction antenna coil
The main characteristics of high-power wireless charging coils are ideal DC-DC conversion inductors, high-power high saturation inductors, low DC resistance, suitable for high current, packaged with or side by side reels, used for automatic surface installation, used in power supplies, vehicle communication equipment, LCD TVs, mobile communication equipment, laptops, office automation equipment, medical communication equipment, DC/DC converters, etc.
The high-power induction antenna coil is composed of several windings wound around the magnetic core, and this device operates based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. High power inductor coils usually use multi wire parallel single-layer windings. Clockwise multi wire parallel winding inductor coils not only ensure that the total cross-sectional area of the winding meets the current carrying capacity requirements, but also reduce winding losses caused by skin effect. The inductance of wireless charging coils is the main target parameter in the design of inductive coils, providing high impedance for high-frequency current signals to suppress interference currents. There are parasitic capacitances between the windings on the inductor coil and between the windings and the magnetic core, which can affect its high-frequency impedance and reduce the high-frequency filtering performance of the inductor coil. Therefore, the calculation of inductance and distributed capacitance of multi wire parallel inductor coils is particularly important for the research of high-power EMI filters.
