RFID antenna coil
The NFC antenna of the NFC antenna coil is based on RFID radio frequency identification technology. The hollow inductor coil adopts a hardware processing scheme of transformer coupling matching for communication, and then completes the data transmission process verification through the communication instructions of the processor. The software and hardware environment needs to be designed and manufactured through RFID modulation processing and matching circuit adjustment. Currently widely used in industries such as communication devices, mobile phones, automotive electronics, computers, electromechanical equipment, medical devices, etc.
NFC hollow core inductor coils are generally composed of circuit coils made by winding/printing/etching processes and ferrite materials with anti-interference capabilities. Their characteristics are stable performance, low failure rate, safety, small size, and low cost. The number of turns and coil area of NFC antenna coils can increase the magnetic flux and extend the working distance. Of course, while increasing the number of turns and area, the equivalent inductance of the antenna will also increase. Excessive inductance will result in a smaller capacitance required for tuning the resonant capacitor. Therefore, the equivalent inductance value of the antenna is usually around 1-2uH.
