NFC antenna coil
The NFC antenna of the NFC hollow inductor is based on RFID radio frequency identification technology, and adopts transformer cocoupling matching to do the hardware processing scheme of communication, and then completes the verification of the data transmission process through the communication instructions of the processor. The software and hardware environment needs to be designed and formed by RFID modulation processing and matching circuit adjustment. At present, it is widely used in communication equipment, mobile phones, automotive electronics, computers, mechanical and electrical equipment, medical equipment and other industries.
NFC antennas are generally composed of circuit coils made by wire winding/printing/etching process and ferrite materials with anti-interference ability, which are characterized by stable performance, low failure rate, safety, small size and low cost. The number of turns and coil area of the NFC hollow inductor can increase the magnetic flux and the working distance is longer. Of course, when the number of turns and area are increased, the equivalent inductance of the antenna will also increase, and too large inductance will lead to too small capacitance when adjusting the resonant capacitance, so the equivalent inductance value of the antenna is usually involved in about 1-2uH.
